Front Ordering to Exact Specifications
Input exact door, drawer front, and filler dimensions to the millimeter or fractional inch. The application calculates edge allowances, label codes, and optimal nesting patterns across full raw sheets automatically.
Precise Hinge Boring Selection
Select standard European 35mm hinge cups, custom top/bottom cup distances, or 100% plug-and-play IKEA SEKTION drilling lines. Our CNC boring heads machine both sides without manual tape measuring.
Precise Drawer Drilling Selection
Pre-programmed drilling coordinates for leading undermount and double-wall drawer systems (Blum Legrabox/Tandembox, Grass Vionaro, Hettich AvanTech, and IKEA MAXIMERA). Fast installation with zero field drilling.
Precise Lift-System (Flap) Drilling Selection
Specify overhead cabinet bi-fold and parallel lift hardware (Blum AVENTOS HF, HK-S, HL, HS). Calibrated bracket drillings ensure perfectly balanced vertical operation from the moment doors are hung.
