PRECISION SHAKER DOORS

A Shaker door is defined by its frame. We make three distinct profiles: Delgado at 3/8 in (10 mm), Marco at 3/4 in (20 mm), and Ancho at 2 in (50 mm). Every joint is machined with a true 45° double miter, not assembled from cheap mouldings.

DELGADO — 10 mm (3/8 in) SLIM FRAME

The ultra-slim profile. A frame this narrow shows every imperfection, which is why most suppliers don't offer it: corners mitered at a true 45°, held to CNC tolerances, with rails and stiles calibrated for a flat continuous face. We rebuilt an edgebander exclusively for this profile.
