THE SPACE WHERE IT HAPPENS
Behind every INTERA cabinet door is a meticulously calibrated production environment. Cut, joined, pressed, calibrated, and edged. Nothing leaves until it's right.
THE PROCESS
Click any step to watch video footage of the automated production floor in action.
Nothing is measured twice.
CNC NESTING
Full sheet in, every part out, cut and labelled. The machine reads digital specifications directly from our application.
One kitchen. One thickness.
CALIBRATING SANDER
Calibrates every door across an entire project to identical sub-millimeter thickness with zero outliers.
Built for the slim Shaker.
THE CUSTOM EDGEBANDER
Rebuilt in-house specifically to apply seamless edgebanding to ultra-narrow 3/8" Delgado shaker rails.
Bonded, not assembled.
THE PRESS
Even hydraulic pressure turns individual rails, stiles, and center panel into an inseparable single unit.
Both corners. One pass.
DOUBLE MITER SAW
Both 45° corner joints cut simultaneously on unified tooling. Ensures absolute gap-free miter closures.
Flip the part. Keep the reference.
SECOND CNC (BACK BORING)
Secondary machining for hinge boring and drawer runner drillings while maintaining pristine front face condition.
A sealed edge, not a strip.
MAIN EDGEBANDER
Waterproof zero-joint polyurethane bonding creating a monolithic perimeter impenetrable to steam.
It leaves here the way it arrives.
SECURE PACKAGING & LOGISTICS
Rigid edge corner protectors and custom palletizing ensure zero touch-ups needed before installation.
